The French/Canadian’s enjoyment has been apparent before and after each of his first three races in the Craftsman Truck Series and it was no different this weekend.

"It was a lot of fun," he reflected. "You can race hard and it's a little bit like a road course where you use the brakes a lot. It was very entertaining."

The only disappointment for JV was his premature exit from the race having made a dramatic move through the field.

"It's just a shame because the truck was going really well," he told Autosport. "The team worked hard all weekend and it was getting strong. We were gaining positions, got hit a few times and got turned around there. I'm not sure what happened."
